Before You Get Started

Agents approach lead work in all kinds of different ways. Some of those approaches line up naturally with the day-to-day rhythm of this program, and some don't — and there's no judgment attached to either.

This short intake is here to help both of us understand how you naturally work — not to pass or fail you, and not to gatekeep the program. It takes about 15–20 minutes and includes a few quick either/or choices and a couple of short written scenarios.

A few honest notes before you begin

  • There are no “correct” answers. Nothing here is looking for a particular kind of answer. Respond based on how you actually operate, not how you think you should.
  • Being candid helps you. The point of this is to make sure you start with the right support in place.
  • This is required to enroll, and everyone who completes it — regardless of their results — has a short conversation with their Program Lead as the next step. That's standard for every agent, not a flag on you specifically.
